FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I am always up for traveling! Traveling will require an additional travel fee, depending on the location.
How will I receive my gallery?
You will receive your photos through a secure online gallery. From here, you can download the gallery and save your favorites!
When will I receive my gallery?
Lifestyle/Engagements/Couples/Graduations: You will receive your gallery within 2 weeks of the session.
Weddings: You will receive your gallery within 4-6 weeks.
How many pictures will I receive?
There is no limit on the amount of photos you will receive. I will capture as many beautiful moments during your session, and I will be diligent in choosing the photos to include in your gallery.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
Every session will require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remainder due on the day of your session.
If the client cancels the service, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but we will certainly look into rescheduling at no penalty. If the photographer cancels, the deposit is fully refundable.
